Solutions Executive – Southwest London (hybrid) – Talent, Assessment & Psychology Consulting

Possibl Search is recruiting on behalf of a market leading talent consulting firm who boast a rich history in assessment, psychology and talent management products and services, supporting major player clients with hiring, developing and retaining their people. A position has become available for a Solutions Executive to join their client solutions team on a permanent basis in London (hybrid). You will be supporting sales activities by leading product demos to prospect clients, sharing features and benefits, assisting with RFPs or proposals, creating a content library for internal and external use, as well as acting as a subject matter expert of assessment solutions to HR, talent and L&D leaders.

About you:

  • Some experience in a client facing role – at least 1 year
  • Knowledge of assessment solutions or similar HR technology
  • Some experience supporting bids or proposals
  • Confident presenter virtually, and ideally in person too
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ideally MSc in occupational psychology or similar education
