They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented product specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating compelling and profitable product offerings for their customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Product Management to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with their business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Market Research: Dive deep into market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and present your findings to senior leaders.
  • Product Launches: Plan and manage exciting product launches, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and crafting effective pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to create compelling value propositions that drive business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct market assessments and monitor product performance to identify areas for improvement and optimise their offerings.
  • Inventory Management: Liaise with supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory management and timely delivery of products.
  • Lifecycle Management: Recommend and manage plans for the entire product lifecycle, from launch to delist.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise resources such as XRM, SAP, BI, market insights, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and optimise product strategies.
  • Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and global product managers, negotiating terms and pricing to maximise profitability.
