Triple West Medical are currently working with a Private Healthcare provider seeking a permanent Clinical Service Director to join the team based in East Anglia.
Main Purpose: To lead clinical strategy, service development, governance, and medical workforce planning across all specialties. Responsible for ensuring clinical services are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with the hospitals strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical strategy execution, consultant engagement, and multidisciplinary team leadership
- Oversight of patient safety, safeguarding, quality metrics, and CQC compliance
- Chairing the Clinical Governance Committee and leading the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC)
The ideal candidate must have relevant experience and:
- GMC registered Consultant with license to practise and Specialist Registration
- 7+ years of senior clinical leadership experience
- Strong background in clinical governance and team development
- Proven delivery of high-quality care within NHS or private settings
