This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and hands-on Deputy Hotel Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional service across all areas of this well-established property.

You will receive:

  • £42,000 per annum plus £2,000 in tips
  • Working 45 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Deputy Hotel Manager include:

  • Supporting the General Manager in leading daily operations across reception, rooms, F&B, and events
  • Driving team performance, standards, and guest satisfaction across all departments
  • Mentoring and developing staff to deliver warm, professional, and consistent service
  • Overseeing rotas, cost control, and budgeting to ensure strong operational efficiency
  • Acting as the go-to person in the GM's absence, making confident decisions and solving challenges with ease
