Are you an experienced leader with a vision for shaping the future of healthcare education? Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Healthcare & Campus Lead to lead their new Learning Campus, developed in partnership with West Birmingham NHS Trust and located beside the new Midland Metropolitan University Hospital. This flagship campus features a simulation hospital ward, clinical spaces and expert-led teaching, providing learners with real-world experience and direct pathways into NHS careers.

You will lead the campus strategy and daily operations, build strong partnerships with the NHS and healthcare providers, develop innovative, industry-focused curricula, inspire a team of expert educators and support students to achieve professional excellence and confidence.

With proven leadership in healthcare education or clinical settings, a recognised healthcare qualification and deep understanding of NHS standards, you will have the passion to shape the future workforce for the NHS.
