Welcome to Laki Kane. We are London's tropical escape, a busy fun tropical cocktail bar based in Islington, and looking for a Junior Bartender to join our award-winning team.
Do you have?
- A passion for bartending
- Experience in making cocktails in a high volume environment
- A quest for expanding your cocktail knowledge and skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be part of a team and self-motivation when required
- At least 2 years bar experience
Then this is the role for you! We need someone passionate about drinks and delivering an exceptional guest experience at all times, hungry to take the next steps wanting to drive themselves to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making and preparing drinks
- Interacting and meeting the guests' needs
- Bar setup and breakdown
- Supporting the bar team and reporting to the Bar Manager
- Prep and deep cleaning, upholding all required service and legal standards
- All other relevant duties
