Location: Horsham Role: 3rd line Service Desk Engineer Salary: £45,000 DOE We are working with a progressive IT Managed Service Provider based in Horsham seeking a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their growing technical team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled and motivated engineer with a experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and Windows Environments. You\’ll be responsible for managing escalated incidents, delivering some projects, and maintaining the IT estate of Clients throughout the UK. This is a key technical role requiring deep expertise across a range of technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality 3rd line support for complex technical incidents escalated from the service desk. Deliver and support various infrastructure-related projects. Independently manage and deliver small-scale projects. Monitor, maintain, and enhance the infrastructure environments of multiple clients (300+ networks).Essential Technical Skills Microsoft Windows Server (Apply online only)/2025) Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Services Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint, Intune, and Entra) Microsoft Desktop OS (Windows 10/11) Virtualization Networking & Security Storage & ScriptingAttributes Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Passion for learning and staying up to date with emerging technologiesWhy Join Us?
