Are you an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis professional looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected organisation within the Group Services sector for an FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking Finance function that supports strategic financial planning, treasury management, and scenario analysis. You’ll play a key role in supporting financial decisions at the highest level.

Key Details:

  • Location: BH22 (hybrid role with 2 days/month required in Wareham)
  • Salary: £50,000 - £52,500 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (37 hours per week)
  • Dress Code: Dress down
  • Working Environment: Primarily virtual/remote-first with occasional in-office presence

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you’ll support both the Treasury and FP&A teams in producing and maintaining the Group’s annual financial plan. You will be heavily involved in data analysis, financial forecasting, stress testing, and ensuring regulatory compliance in submissions such as the Financial Forecast Return (FFR). You will also provide insights for credit rating assessments and play a vital role in enhancing internal financial tools and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update the group’s financial plan and integrate data into financial planning software
  • Conduct scenario and stress testing on various financial models
  • Assist in the annual FFR regulatory submission and ensure reconciliation to statutory accounts
  • Produce reports and analysis for credit rating purposes
  • Support monthly cash flow forecasting and KPI monitoring
  • Collaborate on financial planning improvements and development reporting
  • Ensure robust lender covenant monitoring and contribute to strategic financial decisions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Treasury/finance qualification or relevant business degree (or equivalent experience)
  • FP&A experience within complex group structures
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and regulatory requirements
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and proficiency in business planning software
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging across all organisational levels
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
