We are recruiting Business Support Officers on behalf of our client for several teams within the Children's Social Care Service. These are office-based positions where you will play a key role in supporting vital services that make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Available Positions:

  • 37 hours - General Hub
  • 37 hours - Fulfilled Lives (Adult Social Care)
  • 18.5 hours - Private Fostering
  • 20 hours - Children in Care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate sensitive meetings, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
  • Provide accurate minute-taking for meetings, often dealing with highly sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Manage and maintain confidential records and information with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Deliver timely and efficient administrative support to social care teams.
  • Work effectively within a busy, supportive, and fast-paced environment.
