The client are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial interiors projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is office-based with regular site visits across the South of England. Candidates must be located within an hour of the office to ensure effective project oversight and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Cat A and Cat B fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Project Oversight: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
- Site Visits: Regularly visit sites across the South of England to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and maintain quality control.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Budget & Commercial Management: Maintain control over project costs, contracts, and financial performance.
