Sales Team Manager - Consumer Retentions

Willow House, Staines

Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours)

Salary is ÂŁ39,500

This role is office based with potential for hybrid working options available once signed off - this is not a fully remote working position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be looking after the consumer retentions and re-instatement teams.
  • You’ll proactively manage reinstatement sales figures through effective lead management and strong performance management whilst ensuring the quality of our calls is of high priority.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Previous experience of managing employees within a targeted call centre environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to build networks internally.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Able to make important decisions and day-to-day decisions without referral.
