Are you a graduate with a degree in Building Services Engineering, Architectural Technology or related discipline, with at least 1 year's practical BIM experience in an MEP environment, looking to develop your career with an established building services consultancy?
Our client is an award-winning MEP consultancy known for delivering high-quality, technically complex and environmentally responsible solutions. As they expand their digital design team, they're seeking a motivated BIM Technician to work on a diverse portfolio of healthcare, commercial and sustainable projects across the UK.
In this role, you'll work alongside experienced BIM Technicians and Engineers to develop coordinated 3D MEP models in Revit, produce detailed construction drawings, and perform clash detection using Navisworks. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects ranging from £5m to £50m in value, while developing specialist MEP coordination skills.
This role is ideal for a graduate in Building Services, Architectural Technology, Construction, or a similar discipline, who has some hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD and is ready to take the next step in their career.
THE ROLE- Develop accurate digital models and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Apply coordination principles with attention to technical and spatial detail
- Ensure compliance with internal BIM standards and workflows
- Support engineers across project stages, particularly RIBA Stages 2-4
Monday to Friday, 40 hour contract with flexible working (start any time before 10:00 am)
THE PERSON- Recent graduate in a Built Environment-related discipline (e.g. Building Services, Architectural Technology, Construction Management)
- Completed a placement/year in industry in a design or construction environment
- Familiar with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Basic understanding of BIM principles and MEP systems
