One of our clients is seeking a Customer Support Representative for an initial 12-month contract, requiring weekly visits to the site in Reading. This position is a full-time contract role in the Customer Support Department. You will be assisting customers daily through troubleshooting issues related to hardware or installations, as well as our mobile/web platforms, and keeping customers updated via phone and email on progress.
The ideal candidate is a Customer Support professional with good technical skills and a clear understanding of what drives customer satisfaction.
You will need:
- A strong background/experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with CRM & ERP systems - Salesforce and SAP would be preferred
- Fluent level of French (at least C1)
- Strong communication and listening skills
