Summary:
Our client is the leading edtech support company in Oxfordshire primary schools. Established in 2011, they now support over 150 primary schools in Oxfordshire and surrounding counties. Their ethos is based around teamwork and are currently seeking a highly motivated individual who shares our aim of raising the standard of computing taught in local primary schools.
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
- Microsoft cloud technology (MS Azure MDM solution with Intune enrolled Windows 10 / 11 devices)
- Apple cloud technology (iOS / iPads / Apple School Manager)
- Google cloud technology (Chromebooks / G Suite admin console)
- Hardware maintenance (replacing laptop screens, keyboards / HDD upgrades to SSD)
- Network configuration (LAN / Routers / Switches / Wireless controllers)
- AV equipment maintenance (Touch screens and sound systems)
- Internet security / Firewall / Web filtering
- Shared printing systems
Desired experience / skills:
- Experience of working in schools or academy trusts
- Project management (procurement / installations)
- Full UK Driving License
- Email and desktop applications support (Office 365 / Outlook / Gmail)
- Staff training
- MIS support (SIMS / RM Integris)
- Mobile device management (MDM) tools (Microsoft Endpoint, Mosyle, Apple Configurator 2)
