We have exclusively partnered with a well-established Cambridge firm in their search for a Junior IP Administrator to join their growing team. This progressive firm are keen to offer a brilliant starting salary along with hybrid working plus the opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team.

The perfect individual would hold a can-do attitude and in an ideal world hold experience as an IP Administrator or Patent Secretary, along with the ability to time-manage effectively and prioritise their workload. Although experience in IP is preferred, our forward-thinking client will consider those with a secretary qualification and a keen drive to succeed.

The duties will be:

  • Providing administrative support.
  • Dealing with diary management along with monitoring emails.
  • Preparing invoices as well as cost estimates for review.
  • Deadline management and report preparation.
