Salary: £42,400 - £47,400 DOE
Permanent Position
Are you a commercial electrician looking for your next challenge? Search Energy is working in partnership with global powerhouse Siemens to expand their Commercial Electricity Metering field team. You will be working closely with the Sub Metering team as well as via another contract which involves the termination of large diameter cabling and the installation of metering boxes with SWA multicore cables.
Essential Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services (Installation)
- AM2 Assessment Passed
- City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 & 2395 (Inspection & Testing)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671 - City & Guilds 2382-22)
- ECS Card (Valid & up to date)
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in commercial projects
- Experience working with 3-phase systems and containment via conduit, trunking and tray work
- Experience working in large multi supply distribution panels
- Experience installing all types of cabling including SWA and large diameter single core (up to 300mm)
- Distribution board assembly, installation & testing
- Can read and interpret electrical drawings and site plans
