We have an exciting opportunity for somebody who wants to develop their career in our vibrant, rapidly growing business. We are looking for a natural leader who can lead a team in an office or process-driven production environment.
As a senior operative, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific team, ensuring that work is carried out to production targets, job specifications and quality standards. You will assist the Supervisors and Operations Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the site in line with customer requirements and Restore Scan policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure your team members are aware of their targets and motivate your team to achieve or exceed daily performance targets
- Closely monitor and report on team productivity, escalating if targets are not being achieved
- Report on identifying trends and instigating remedial action where necessary
- Assist with day-to-day activities of document prepping, scanning and QA finishing to ensure client deadlines are met
- Set an example when maintaining the place of work to the highest standard, presenting a professional image to customers, clients and peers
- Ensure all colleagues are adequately trained and briefed on operating equipment safely, efficiently and correctly
ABOUT YOU
- Previous team leader experience in office or production environment is preferred
- Team Leader skills including motivating, dealing with performance issues, allocating work, etc.
- Good communication skills - written & verbal
- Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues
- Great attention to detail
- Previous experience using computers - experience dealing with Microsoft Packages
