ECS Resource group are currently working with a World's Leading Technology Organisation who are looking for a Service Architect to oversee the service of observability tools.
As a Service Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Designing an observability service and platform to align with the digital transformation vision
- Developing controls and governance to ensure transition of the service
- Developing user cases for automation
- Assisting with implementing a suite of tools into an observability service
Please note, the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered:
- Experience working as an Observability Architect or similar position
- Extensive experience with Observability tools such as Elastic Cloud, BMC Helix, NetScout or similar products
- Previous experience implementing observability within enterprise environment
