Why this role?
- Design is now a strategic priority, fully backed by senior leadership.
- You’ll lead and shape the design discipline from the ground up.

- Advocate for user needs while working with cross-functional stakeholders.

- A track record of designing systems and products from scratch, ideally in technical or B2B environments.
- Comfort working end-to-end — research, IA, flows, visuals, testing and iteration.
- An awareness of how AI could be used within product experiences (nice to have, not required).
- Still need to be very hands-on as a small design team.
- Need to be open to travelling to Cambridge one, sometimes two days a week but one for the most part.
