INTHEKNOW Global, an Influencer Marketing and Talent Management agency, is looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to join their growing team. This can also be as part of a placement year at University.
Reporting into the Talent Manager, you will be supporting the day-to-day management of our diverse and exciting talent roster, and assisting on the influencer marketing efforts for our leading beauty clients. The ideal candidate must be intelligent, organised, enthusiastic, and a creative team player with a strong interest in the influencer marketing landscape globally. This role is part-time (hours to be discussed) with the possibility of increasing hours as you progress.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Staying on top of beauty, lifestyle, and fashion industries and understanding consumer/social media trends
- Building relationships with Influencers
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Managing internal Influencer databases
- Building influencer lists for brand seeding
- Reporting on influencer coverage for brands
- Supporting senior team on influencer campaigns and UGC sourcing
- Assisting on the company’s social media strategy, including creating content and scheduling
Professional experience & skills:
- Interest in Influencer Marketing
- Good knowledge of the Influencer landscape
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of the social media landscape including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
