A leading property business is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a 12-month maternity cover. In this generalist role with a focus on Employee Relations, you will manage complex ER casework including disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE, settlement agreements, as well as organisation design, restructures, and redundancy consultations. You will also lead other change projects as they arise and advise managers on HR policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed:
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-paced, complex, multi-site commercial environment handling high-volume, complex ER casework.
- Ability to work in a small team, handle operational duties, and influence at a senior level.
- Availability to start on short notice and commit to a 12-month FTC working from central London.
