I am seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with experience in planned and capital investment works to join my leading client in the East Midlands on an initial 3 months contract. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out property inspections and ensuring the provision of excellent service to resident and leaseholder customers.

They are also looking for a potential candidate to join them on a permanent basis with the salary of £40,000 annually.
