Location: Nottingham

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm; Alternate Saturdays, 8.30am – 12.30pm

Salary: Β£35k (OTE Β£40- Β£45k)

Working for a long-established, family-run business with over 40 years of experience in the motor trade. Operating from two state-of-the-art dealerships in Nottingham and Derby, priding themselves on delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Currently seeking an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our Aftersales departments across both sites. Reporting directly to the Group Dealer Principal, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, enhancing customer experience, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Aftersales operations across Nottingham and Derby dealerships
  • Lead by example to promote a culture of excellence, customer focus, and integrity
  • Set and maintain high standards of compliance, behaviour, and work ethic
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships
  • Ensure vehicles are serviced, maintained, and repaired in line with manufacturer standards and schedules
  • Provide strong leadership to motivate and support team performance
  • Monitor and manage department KPIs to meet and exceed targets

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven track record in a Service or Aftersales Manager position
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Results-driven with a proactive and β€˜can-do’ attitude
  • IT literate
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
