We are looking for a skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join a fast-growing managed service provider delivering cutting-edge telecoms and IT solutions to businesses across the UK.
In this varied and customer-facing role, you will:
- Install and configure cloud-hosted VoIP systems (Gamma Horizon, 8x8 Work)
- Set up Microsoft Teams Room (Yealink)
- Work with Contact Centre platforms
- Conduct site surveys
- Deliver end-user training
- Ensure every install is smooth, professional, and well-documented
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years in UC or installation engineering roles
- Experience with Gamma Horizon and/or 8x8 VoIP
- Teams Room setups (Yealink hardware preferred)
- Understanding of contact centre features (IVRs, dashboards, agent tools)
- Confident with networking basics (VLANs, PoE, QoS)
- Comfortable working with tools to mount AV/telephony equipment
- A strong communicator with great problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence required
