The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We have an urgent requirement for an ICT Trainer for our client based in Exeter. As a lot of the training will be delivered face to face, this will require the successful candidate being onsite 3-5 days a week.

You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of information technology training programmes and also development of training programmes through a range of innovative technology. This will include the design and delivery of training packages to include written materials, classroom sessions and learning exercises, utilising all available technology by adopting innovative and alternative methods of delivery where appropriate.

Essential Experience includes:

  • A recognised training/teaching qualification (e.g. Trainer Certificate or equivalent City & Guilds Further Adult Education Certificate, Certificate of Education, Certificate in Training Practice or equivalent NVQ level III in Learning and Development) OR similar extensive relevant experience together with a commitment and potential to achieve such a qualification.
  • Must be IT literate and have knowledge of MS Software, have an innovative approach to using new technologies to deliver learning and development including the use of e-learning, online learning, digital media and immersive learning.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate learning and understanding into the workplace and to liaise and respond to the needs of the organisation. Must also be able to adapt the style of communication to meet the needs of the audience.
