We are delighted to be working on an exclusive mandate for a well-known, leading insurance firm who are seeking a first-rate EA to support their COO and Chief of Staff.

A senior role, suited to an experienced EA with significant board level exposure, this is a business centric role centered around providing seamless daily support to the COO and CofS with intelligent diary management, travel, and schedule coordination, and board meeting preparation. Seeking a true right hand, who is eager to become involved in projects and initiatives and can offer strategic and proactive support, the role is suited to an ambitious, dedicated, and emotionally intelligent candidate with a proven track record of success in a similar board level role.

The role requires tact and diplomacy, and the client is eager to impress the importance of superb communication skills and client facing ability. Seeking a polished ambassador for the COO’s office and team, the candidate needs to be an adept stakeholder manager who can build rapport effortlessly and act as a conduit between departments and teams.

A busy and demanding role, the ideal candidate needs to be used to working at pace, taking personal responsibility, and be comfortable working to deadlines and under pressure in a comparable professional services environment.
