Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join one of our leading law firm clients on a permanent basis. The London office is based in a central location with great surroundings, offering hybrid working of 4 days in 1 WFH, with a salary of up to £50,000.
This role will support a Senior Partner within the Corporate team, so candidates must have previous experience in corporate law.
The general duties of the Legal Secretary will include, but will not be limited to:
- Managing diaries
- Arranging travel
- Opening new files
- Compiling documents
- Assisting with business development and marketing
- Preparing billing guides
- Managing databases
It is crucial that candidates have a positive attitude, the ability to prioritise, have excellent client service standards and be advanced in Microsoft Office.
