Hours: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Work From Home Fridays

Basic Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (Up to 40%)

Are you a driven recruitment professional with a passion for business development and a deep understanding of the US construction & civil engineering market? We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Client Solutions Manager to join our growing team. You’ll work a 180-desk model, focused purely on new business acquisition and client relationship development across the booming US construction sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Developing and managing client relationships across the US construction and civil engineering market
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our footprint
  • Partnering with delivery consultants to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
  • Staying up to date on market trends, project pipelines, and hiring needs
  • Working US-aligned hours to best serve clients and build relationships
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within technical or construction sectors
  • Proven track record in business development or client management
  • Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
  • Strong commercial awareness of the US market
