Europe's leading distributor of sterile single use medical equipment for hospitals, clinics and health centers, as well as the pharmaceutical industry, is currently looking for a Sales Manager UK with clinical background. The company is uniquely focused on improving the Healthcare Professionals safety at work, by providing the latest safety medical device innovations, as well as investing in research and development.
We are hiring a Sales Manager to support our business in UK. You will manage the UK market – from first contact to closed the deal, from training to aftercare. Develop, grow and manage UK business within NHS, hospitals, and key accounts.
- Propose a commercial strategy to deliver annual targets.
- Build relationships with existing customers in both private and public sectors to understand their needs and unlock business potential.
- Deliver clinical demonstrations and product training during prospecting, tender processes, and customer onboarding.
- Represent the company at trade shows, clinical meetings, and directly with medical staff.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and product development.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical sales, or clinical education related to medical devices. Experience in safety medical devices and technology is highly desirable. Degree educated and experience in Healthcare field such as nursing, pharmacy, biotechnology or similar. Understanding of the NHS healthcare system and local business practices. Knowledge of negotiation and client management. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and information on market trends. Willingness to travel extensively within the UK, and occasionally internationally, as required by the role.
