We have been mandated to secure a proven Pre Construction Manager who will:
- Manage and coordinate the pre-construction phase of residential schemes, from feasibility and tender through to project handover to the delivery team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, housing associations, developers, and local authorities throughout the pre-construction process.
- Lead coordination of architectural, structural, and M&E designs with a strong focus on residential layout optimisation, compliance with planning requirements, and value engineering.
- Identify, track, and manage risks and opportunities throughout the pre-construction period.
- Create and maintain realistic pre-construction and construction programmes, coordinating input from all disciplines.
Main Contracting or Housebuilding experience within a Design or Technical Management role would be well received. Exposure to full project life cycle is important.
