Hybrid (Uxbridge) - International Scope (EMEA & Africa)

Are you a learning designer who understands what makes direct sellers, distributors, or franchisees tick? Do you have experience supporting self-employed business owners or independent sales reps, and want to apply that knowledge in a strategic, global role? This is a rare opportunity to join a legitimate, internationally recognised multi-level marketing organisation as they scale their learning solutions across EMEA and Africa. It’s a fast-moving, agile sales environment, and you’ll be the one driving the design of e-learning content that empowers their network to grow, sell, and thrive.

Important: This is not a corporate HR or classroom training role. You will not be delivering training. You will be designing and managing digital learning solutions and evolving the tools used by a vast, distributor-led salesforce.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing (not delivering) training programmes for a global network of independent salespeople
  • Building and continuously improving digital training assets for a wide range of products
  • Managing the LMS (learning management system), ensuring smooth organisation of materials
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop accurate, engaging content
  • Evaluating programme performance, pre- and post-launch
  • Supporting one direct report and mentoring their development
  • Occasionally attending global trade shows or events (minimal travel)

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in L&D design, ideally in fast-paced, sales-led environments
  • Background in multi-level marketing, direct selling, franchising, or distributor networks
  • Comfortable working in matrixed, international environments across multiple markets
  • Proven experience creating virtual training and managing e-learning platforms
  • Highly strategic, with a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Professional certification in e-learning, instructional design, or coaching preferred

Why Join?

This organisation offers the entrepreneurial spirit of a start-up, with the global reach of a multinational. If you've ever worked in MLM or direct selling and thought, “I could help these reps sell more if I built the right training,” — this is your chance to do just that.

  • Hybrid working (typically 2–3 days per week in the Uxbridge office)
  • 10% annual bonus (paid each March)
  • Company car or allowance + fuel
  • Private medical, life assurance, and more
