Deliver clear and comprehensive legal advice across all areas of employment law. Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documents, including contracts, policies, and employee handbooks. Act on behalf of clients in Employment Tribunal matters, handling all phases of litigation. Provide strategic guidance to employers on HR issues, organisational restructuring, and legal compliance. Keep abreast of developments in employment legislation and case law to ensure up-to-date legal support.
