An established, values-led organisation in the consumer sector is hiring a Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead loyalty and engagement activity across its customer base. This role offers the chance to shape multi-channel campaigns that attract, retain and inspire customers, with a particular focus on digital innovation and engaging younger audiences.
As Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager, you'll own app content and campaign performance, support strategic initiatives to grow colleague participation, and deliver data-driven marketing activity that aligns with broader commercial and brand goals.
