Recruit 121 is currently looking for an experienced SAP SCM Consultant to support a global S/4HANA rollout into a newly merged UK manufacturing site. You’ll play a key local role — bridging between the UK business teams and global SAP leads — ensuring smooth delivery through fit-gap analysis, UAT, and Go-Live. This role requires someone hands-on, proactive, and confident in advising the business on SAP process capabilities and limitations.

Location: Birmingham

Duration: 6 Months

Contract Type: Freelance

Travel: Occasional

Start: ASAP (negotiable)

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Deep SAP SCM expertise – especially PP and MM
  • 2+ full lifecycle implementations and rollout experience
  • Strong techno-functional background (ideally ex-ABAP or strong debugging skills)
  • Experience with S/4HANA or ECC
  • Confident leading workshops and bridging business & IT
  • Fluent in English with excellent stakeholder communication
  • Bonus: Experience with API/EDI, Fiori, and other SCM modules (SD, IM)
