An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Test Lab Manager to join a growing, cutting-edge wireless communications team in Cambridge. You'll play a key role in developing the next generation of 5G-based wireless products, taking full ownership of our test lab environment and infrastructure.

This role offers a dynamic mix of technical leadership, lab management, and customer interaction, ideal for someone with strong technical foundations and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup, planning, and day-to-day management of the test lab covering both hardware and software systems
• Define and contribute to the company’s overall test strategy
• Build and maintain robust test systems, working with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to integrate new technologies and tools
• Represent the company in front of customers, delivering demos and showcasing product features
• Ensure continuous improvement of test processes, methodologies, and documentation

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven track record in a Test Lab Manager role
• Extensive experience in setting up and managing test infrastructure for hardware/software systems
• Background in wireless telecommunications, particularly with wired/wireless networking
• Understanding of modern test methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer-facing skills
