Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Air Export person for a busy Freight Forwarder that is looking to expand their operation. The company is based in the West Drayton area.
Job Description:
- Customer Service duties for designated air, road and sea export accounts
- Raising and completion of industry documentation from start to finish
- Liaising with airlines, customers and suppliers
- Processing of quote requests received from clients and partners
- Commercial pricing and shipment planning
- Monitoring and updating of airline schedules and post flights
- Building and submitting of export customs entry declarations
- Invoicing and Job Costing of export files
- Internal office administration duties
We require a confident approach to working with colleagues and clients alike. Ideally with administration and accounting experience within an export operations environment. MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook are a distinct advantage, as would experience of using BoxTop and ASM Sequoia. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years freight forwarding experience, with a good attitude towards customer service.
