Blood Sciences Workstream Lead

Expert, knowledge and experience of LIMS Implementation in Specialist area e.g. Blood Sciences, Blood Transfusion, Histopathology, Microbiology.

Specialist knowledge, experience and expertise of information analysis and the use of information across the NHS.

Responsibilities

• Experience of leading large teams across areas of either operational services or digital transformation or both.
• Demonstrable experience of leading successful programmes of work affecting multiple stakeholders.
• Significant knowledge and experience of managing change and implementing new ideas.
• Experience of realisation of benefits within a healthcare setting.
• Experience in a management role.
• Previous responsibility for staff and budgetary management.

MUST HAVE HCPC Registration / background as a BMS
