About the Role
We're a lead generation powerhouse, and this is a crucial hire. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Google Ads conversions and actual revenue, optimising every touchpoint in the funnel to increase lead-to-sale conversion rates. You'll work very closely with our Managing Director and report directly to the Marketing Director, taking full ownership of CRO across the board - from landing pages to split testing, funnel diagnostics, and user journey mapping.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the CRO strategy across all acquisition channels (landing pages, forms, UX).
- Analyse user behaviour and sales funnels to identify drop-off points and optimise them.
- Run continuous split and multivariate tests to drive improvements.
- Translate and present data insights into actionable, revenue-generating changes.
- Work alongside our paid ads team to boost ROAS and maximise conversion value.
- Leverage your lead gen and/or e-commerce background to scale our customer acquisition.

- Deep understanding of Google Ads, user experience, analytics, and funnel optimisation.
