We’re working with one of the world’s leading technology consultancies — a global powerhouse with a deep-rooted commitment to innovation, transformation, and sustainable growth. As part of this expansion, they’re hiring a Microsoft Business Apps Business Development Director to help with the continued growth within their Microsoft consulting practice. You’ll be joining a collaborative team of subject matter experts and client partners, with a clear mission: shape the Microsoft agenda of enterprise organisations across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the MS Bus Apps business development lifecycle: from lead generation through to close
  • Work directly with the Leadership to shape the GTM strategy
  • Provide technical and business expertise during sales/pitches
  • Prep responses to formal procurement processes
  • Engage new clients or existing strategic accounts to identify growth opportunities
  • Liaise with delivery teams to ensure smooth client handover and execution
  • Build relationships with partners and ecosystem players to amplify reach
  • Stay on top of market trends and share insights with your peers
  • Travel for client meetings and attend industry events to represent the Practice

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive business development experience and solutions architecture ideally aligned to Microsoft Business Applications.
  • Extensive relationships with Microsoft and their Business Application products.
  • Strong track record selling consulting-led or bespoke software/infrastructure services
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft landscape and its business/commercial value
  • Multi-Industry experience (you’ll be comfortable across a wide client portfolio)
  • Commercial creativity – you know how to position solutions, not just technologies
  • A self-starter mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder gravitas

Package:

  • £100,000 - £130,000 base salary
