The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth and an increasingly diverse portfolio, the business is now looking for a Senior Mechanical Estimator to join its commercial team. You’ll be working alongside an experienced Estimator and reporting directly to the Managing Director/Commercial Director. - Assess mechanical designs from RIBA Stage 2 onward
- Support the evolution and optimisation of the supply chain network
- Produce comprehensive tender review documentation for senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design and tendering processes
- Excellent communication and commercial acumen
- Familiarity with estimating software (exact platforms to be confirmed)
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Working Pattern:
Flexible hybrid working is available – typically 3 days in the office and 2 remotely. Some team members successfully work 4 days from home, and the business is happy to accommodate arrangements that suit the right person.
Why Join?
