Senior Valuations Manager

TwentyAI are partnering with an international Private Equity firm who are seeking a Senior Associate, Valuations Manager to oversee their Valuations team, this team plays a critical role in delivering portfolio valuations for the business.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Management of Valuations Workload

• Plan and oversee the team’s annual valuation calendar.
• Review quarterly valuation schedules and data input.
• Maintain and enhance control procedures to minimize operational risk.
• Act as the key escalation point for complex valuation issues.
• Present updates to the Global Valuation Committee and implement decisions.
• Oversee valuation audit activities and coordinate internal resources.
• Monitor data integrity and support quality assurance.
• Lead improvements in systems and processes.

Team Management

• Manage team objectives, training, and professional development.
• Support transformation projects and evolving team responsibilities.
• Foster a collaborative, performance-focused culture.
• Ensure alignment with global operational goals and behaviours.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Own the relationship with third-party service providers.
• Handle ad hoc internal and external queries efficiently.
• Serve as a liaison with other internal teams to promote alignment and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in private markets valuations, especially FOF. You will be ACCA/ACA qualified with 5+ years post qualified experience.
