What You’ll Do:
- Help design and develop compound semiconductor (GaN/GaAs) RF devices from concept to production.
- Support the introduction of new process technologies with Process and Reliability teams.
- Monitor and improve device performance using data-driven methods and SPC techniques.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues with a focus on device behavior.
- Collaborate closely with Process, Test, and Reliability Engineering teams across the development lifecycle.
What You’ll Need:
- Degree (or higher) in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Physics with strong knowledge of semiconductor physics.
- Experience in semiconductor device development, fabrication, or characterization—especially transistors.
- Solid analytical skills and familiarity with data/statistical tools (e.g., SPC, regression).
- Working knowledge of device physics and electronic behavior of RF components.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with RF measurements, photonic devices, or working in a semiconductor fab.
- Programming skills (Python, C/C#, SQL) and familiarity with analysis tools like JMP.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques (DOE, FMEA, ANOVA).
- British citizenship is required for this position.
