Are you a junior, graduate IT technician, keen to find a new role? Our client is seeking an IT Technician to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The IT Technician must have at least 1 year of experience in IT and understand the basics of Microsoft Office. The IT Technician should have motivation and eagerness to succeed in IT and develop further.
Key Responsibilities for the IT Technician:
- Keep the IT Documentation up to date
- Manage multiple tickets
- Logging incidents via an advanced automated ticketing system
- Assist technical support requests within the team via phone and email
- Ensure good communication with both customers and staff
- Meet and exceed SLAs
Skills Required for the IT Technician:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies (incl. Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
