This is a wide-ranging Group Financial Accountant position, that would be perfect for an ambitious practice first-time leaver with PQE, or an applicant performing similar duties. (ACA or ACCA qualified essential)
You will be preparing the year-end financial accounts, preparing for the audits, and will get involved in any ongoing projects such as acquisitions and mergers, and systems upgrades. Ideally, you will have an interest in tax, as you will also assist in corporation tax computations and liaising with external tax advisers. This is an exciting time to be joining as the business continues its growth.
You will also sit alongside the management accounts team, where you will get the chance to assist on monthly and analytical duties. It's not expected you will have covered all duties as support and mentorship will be provided from an experienced manager.
