Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes using SAP and Coupa systems.
- Raise and track Statements of Work (SoWs), purchase orders, and invoices.
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting for engineering projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Provide general administrative support to engineering operations.
Aerospace or Motorsport or Automotive industry experience is good to have.
