The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license , access to their own vehicle , and full Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational management of multiple retail stores
• Support website functionality to drive omni-channel growth
• Maximise retail profitability through effective cost control, budget management, and data-driven decision making
• Inspire, develop, and lead Store Managers and teams
• Champion commercial performance, identifying and driving sales opportunities across all retail touchpoints
• Maintain high operational standards and ensure readiness for key trading events and seasonal opportunities
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to align retail goals with broader business objectives

Qualifications & Criteria

• Current / recent experience in a Head of Retail position
• Proven track record of maximising profitability of retail operations
• Good knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
• Strong commercial mind with a passion for customer service
• Hands-on, approachable, and collaborative leadership style
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
