We have a fantastic opportunity to join our clients Credit Risk team. They are a growing firm offering an incredibly flat structure as well as fantastic exposure to the market. They are after a forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual seeking to further their career in the Insurance industry. The position will be based from their office in London.
About the role:
This is an ideal role for a confident, personable and hardworking individual to work in a dynamic and fast growing specialty division. As a Broker, you will be encouraged to service existing clients in the banking and trade sectors and also, over time, acquire and develop new clients. If you want to get stuck in, meet new people and build fantastic relationships then this is the role for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop positive relationships and build trust with clients
- Identify marketing opportunities and areas of growth
- Plan the most appropriate insurance program for the client’s demands and needs
- Take control of your own day - Having the exposure and freedom to drive your own success.
About you:
- Between 3-7 years of Market experience - Ideally broking but Underwriting is also welcomed
- Any current relationships in the market will be hugely beneficial
- Strong technical knowledge of broking to best advise clients inquiries
- Experience of working in high pressure, multi-task and customer focused environments
- Desire to get stuck in from Day 1 and use your own initiative. Not afraid to go out and get to work
