The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

As a PM Planner your role will be to develop and maintain accurate PM servicing schedules for a given fleet of assets. Liaise with customers to plan and execute events through the PM engineer team. Strong management control for PM work orders. Ensure accurate, on time servicing to provide outstanding customer experience.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

We sell, rent, supply parts, service and repair equipment and engines to customers in various industries, including mining, construction, petroleum, forestry, and a wide range of power systems applications.

Major Job Functions:

  • Reviews contract/agreement information to ensure accurate service schedule is set up in contract management tool (25%)
  • Contact customers to arrange servicing, open work orders and schedule service event through PM engineer team (25%)
  • Manage work order to ensure timely invoicing, including managing costs in C20 account (25%)
  • Takes ownership of any backlog from events, VisionLink Alerts or services previously performed (10%)
  • Reviews information from the PM intervention to ensure any follow up actions are raised with the customer, service operation, or product support account manager (5%)
  • Collaborates with Contract Performance Consultant to optimise information gathered (5%)
  • Provide regular updates on PM adherence actual versus target, PM standard job utilisation and PM parts and labour variance (5%)

  • Resolution of C000020 Account within 30 days
  • Collaboratively works to identify areas of opportunity to increase product support sales

Education & Experience:

  • Service Planning/ Scheduling
  • Previous experience in a similar role within similar industry environment (desirable)
