As a Sales Assistant based in our Swansea branch you’ll be responsible for:
- Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their needs and recommending the right products.
- Driving sales by identifying new business opportunities for the branch.
- Making proactive phone calls to gain new business.
- Calling lapsed customers to regain their business.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm along with one Saturday morning a month from 08.00am - 12.00pm.
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Prior merchant experience would be preferred.
- Previous experience in a Business to Business sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Confidence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
