As a Driver LCV (B) in our Skipton branch you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service at the trade counter, identifying customer requirements and providing product recommendations.
  • Driving a 3.5T van and delivering plumbing and heating products across the local area.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
  • General warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard.

In this role you will work 40 hours a week with shifts varying between 7.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday along with Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon on a rota basis.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Full UK Driving Licence and confidence driving a 3.5T van
  • A team player with a can-do attitude, happy to assist in all areas of the branch.
  • Industry or merchant experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training can be provided.
